Job title :Construction Site Coordinator / Administrator
Location/remote : Port of Nigg, Nr Inverness, Scotland - onshore/onsite (accommodation supplied)
Contract length: 6 Months (possibility for extension)
Hours: 14 days on 14 days off (12 hour days)
Pay rate: Up to £42ph - Inside IR35
Randstad Sourceright, a worldwide RPO & MSP Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Site Coordinator / Administrator to work on a wind farm project for a global leader in energy technology.
The role is to work on a new project, which is an NNG onshore project.
Your day to day tasks will consist of typical administrative duties on a Construction Site, reporting functionally to the Site Management.
You will act as a central point of contact and interact with all stakeholders involved in the project execution.
Contribute to the safe execution of projects on site on behalf of Site Management.
You will be primarily responsible for the daily planning and execution within individual areas and functions of the Construction Site, as directed by the Site Manager.
As the Construction Site Administrator, you will be the key interface to all site team members, visitors, clients and back office and must maintain good relationships at all times.
Responsibilities:
Site administrative activities and operations ensuring they are in compliance with company policies.
Collect and verify different data from multiple sources, distributed to relevant stakeholders, internal and external.
Monitor, verify and correct reports prior to submission, such as time registration overviews, KPI reports, vendor reports, crew change lists, etc.
Arrange transport and accommodation for site personnel travelling to/from Project in line with Project specific transport concept.
Organize and manage crew changes to/from specific site location by producing crew change manifests per defined format based on manning plans.
Coordinate with Site Management and Marine Coordinator and update transport manifests.
Act as first face and point of contact to visitors and site personnel to/from site, as receptionist including reporting, data entry, keeping visitor log and answering phone calls.
Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety rules on Site. Active support through participation in toolbox talks and safety campaigns.
Assist and train colleagues when necessary.
Key skills/experience:
Proven experience as an office / business administrator, assistant or a similar relevant role.
Understanding of office management procedures, preferably within the Offshore Wind, or Oil and Gas Industry.
Customer focused
Advanced IT Skills - MS Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive)
Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
