The technician role has a number of responsibilities, but first and foremost, it is to provide support for teaching staff and prepare materials for staff in advance of set work. A full list of the responsibilities can be found in the Person Specification.The ideal candidate would hold a First Aid qualification or be prepared to undertake First Aid training.The ideal candidate would also have a minimum Level 2 qualification in a Construction related field, but this is not essential. The position requires some heavy lifting and other manual tasks.
