Construction Trades and Labour industry Job Types: Full–time, Permanent Salary: GBP28,000.00 – Uncapped Commission The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Construction Trades and Labour industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We have 2 positions available currently – both are warm desks.
Temporary Trades and Labour (Blue collar) Permanent Desk in Construction (White collar). We are looking for consultants that are looking for a new chapter, if anything to build up their own sector and potentially team for example in Fit–out/ Interiors/ Civils/ Facilities/ M&E/ New build sectors. Proven track record within the industry is essential therefore previous billings (GP) in excess of a minimum GBP100k per annum.
However all applicants with a construction industry background will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Identify and source qualified candidates for the Construction Trades and Labour Recruitment sector. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Requirements:
Experience and Strong understanding of the Construction Trades and Labour industry. An existing base of clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
