Form of workKM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Construction Tutor (Plastering, Paint, CSCS)Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travelSalary: up to £42,000 (Depending on experience + inclusive of car allowance)Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + moreType: Full Time, PermanentDuties:Work in conjunction with the delivery team, to create individual support plans and oversee the Construction curriculum.Provide advice and support to the onsite delivery teams.Responsible for the implementation of engaging and motivational teaching, delivered 1-1 or in a small group.Provide learning support for the duration of the accredited learning programmes, leading to employability outcomes.Maintain learner progress records, including the monitoring and reviewing of Learning Support Plans.Criteria:Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.Must hold solid, occupational experience within the Construction industry (Plastering, Paint, CSCS).Experience of providing on-the-job training within the workplace.Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Must be flexible with travel.Please note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
