Construction Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
