I am excited to be working with a leading recruitment agency specializing in Investment Management, who are looking for someone to join their high-achieving team!
Since opening their doors in Dubai in 2019 and expanding to London in 2021, they have led the market and are now planning to grow into the US market in the near future.
Role Overview:
As an Investment Management Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage Current Client Accounts:
Deliver exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
Deliver on Current Roles:
Successfully fill open positions by sourcing and headhunting top talent in the investment management space.
Candidate Sourcing and Head Hunting:
Actively build your network and identify high-caliber investment professionals.
Full-Cycle Candidate Management:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience placing investment professionals into the private market space.
Strong networking and headhunting skills.
Proven track record in managing client accounts and delivering on recruitment mandates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
