Consultant Health Economist

Join the Health Economics team in a growing HEOR and Market Access consultancy to deliver modelling projects for pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and public sector clients across various disease areas.

As a Consultant, you will play a Senior role within the team as a Project Manager to lead project strategy and client relationships, and be involved in company strategy.

The role: Consultant Health Economist

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on model conceptualisation, building models and interpreting results
• Lead projects and provide final sign-off
• Lead client communication
• Technically review the teams work
• Put together project proposals, drive business development, identifying new opportunities with existing clients, and be involved in company strategy
• Line manage, train and mentor junior employees  

Experience

• Strong background in Health Economics
• Over 4 years work experience in applying economic and mathematical modelling techniques in a consultancy, CRO or Pharma
• Ability to explain complex modelling techniques and results to non-experts
• Experience technically reviewing other peoples work
• Strong experience managing client accounts and managing projects from start to finish
• Experience putting together project proposals
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to manage timelines across multiple projects
