Compass Associates are excited to be working with a specialist healthcare provider with 12 centres nationally. These centres are equipped to the very highest standard with rehabilitation gyms, gait analysis technology, MRI scanning and 3D Movement Analysis scanners. Due to the success and growth of these Healthcare Centres, our client is now recruiting for a passionate Consultant Physiotherapist to join their flagship clinic in Bournemouth.

The Candidate
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist who is seeking a new challenge or stepping up within a forward-thinking organisation. The award-winning Healthcare Centres have a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, combined with their state-of-the-art facilities and cutting edge-treatments. Due to the nature of the care planning element of this role, the position would lend its self well to a physio who has worked in sports teams, but also those who have a strong track record in private practice where patient and assessment and retention is key.
They are looking for individuals who have a true passion for health and wellbeing and prides themselves on delivering the best level of care to their predominantly private clientele.
Salary and Package
– Up to £50,000
– Annual bonus up to £10,000
– Private healthcare
– 28 days holiday inc bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year)

– Fully funded internal / external post-graduate training in courses such as SOMM, Pilates Reformer, Taping and Injection Therapy, MRI scanning

Hours
This is a full-time position consisting of 39 hours per week. The company offer flexible hours and will always try and accommodate the rota for out of work activities.
Requirements
– Undergraduate Physiotherapy degree
– HCPC and CSP registered
– At least 3 years' experience in treating MSK conditions
– Works well within a MDT
– Excellent skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
- A strong track record in patient assessment and care plan setting, preferably with experience of heading up the care of a patient with Initial assessment and plan setting for the wider team to completethe ongoing treatments
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Expert, upbeat/energetic and people-driven
– Injection therapy desirable but not essential
Additional training in Massage, Core Pilates, Acupuncture, IDD Therapy is desirable however not essential.
