Consultant in Plastic Surgery
Applications are invited for this post of Consultant in Plastic Surgery. This post will be based at University Hospital Wishaw, although there may be a requirement for PAs at Hairmyres or Monklands. This post is offered at a 10 PA contract with no on-call commitment (also including up to 2 non-DCC) but applications will be considered from those wishing to work less than full-time. If full-time, up to 2 EPA’s may be available to undertake additional clinical activity.
The post holder will primarily be involved in managing malignant skin disease. Experience in all aspects of the management of malignant and benign skin lesions is essential including new and return patient clinics, as well as local anaesthetic and general anaesthetic surgery for skin cancer.
