Skills and Professional Experience

All applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply. 

We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Experience of Technology Operations – including Service Delivery, IT Service Management practices, ITIL, continual service improvement, Dev[Sec]Ops and/or product management and delivery
• Experience working on Transformation and/or complex delivery projects
• Experience in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process and/or technology change
• Experience of developing vision and strategy along with transformation roadmap
• Ability to define and advise around IT Operating Models, and Digital Operating Models
• Interest in honing processes, and evaluating new tools
• Experience of working within the Public Sector
• Business Analysis experience within a project delivery environment, with an excellent understanding of how business analysis can deliver value to an organisation
• Strong written, verbal & presentation skills, with an ability to communicate and influence across different layers of the organisation
• Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to stakeholders
• Experience with successfully managing scope in challenging environments
• Experience of developing & maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders with the ability to challenge & influence where required
