External Consultant / Trainers - Required for Apprenticeship Delivery

Location: Bristol Campuses
Salary Range: Consultant day rate – up to £350 per day (inclusive of planning and preparation)
Contract Type: Invoice-only, outside IR35
Working Hours: Negotiable

Our College have an exciting opportunity for the following consultancy teaching and assessing posts on site at our Bristol-based campuses.
We are seeking individuals who have a passion and commitment to inspire apprentices who are at the beginning of their career.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Deliver group training and one to one sessions in the following subject areas:
  • Management
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing and Gas
  • Procurement
  • Human Resources
  • Project Management
  • Support learners in their Endpoint Assessments
  • Provide effective support to apprentices to ensure a high level of positive outcomes
  • Plan learning effectively to ensure standards are met within required timeframes
  • Ensure learning outcomes are in accordance with industry regulatory standards
  • Work to meet targets and deadlines
  • Meet with apprentices and external employers

Beneficial Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified to at least Level 3 in the above sector subject area
  • IT literate with experience of Microsoft 365 platforms and e-portfolios such as Smart Assessor
