Our client is looking for a Consumer Advisorto join their team in South Belfast! The purpose of the service is to deliver a front-line public protection function for the benefit of consumers, businesses, and the Northern Ireland (NI) economy. That function comprises the twin aims of protecting NI’s consumers- particularly the most vulnerable- from illegal and unfair trading practices and providing support and guidance for NI’s businesses (particularly small businesses).
Rate of Pay: £11.99
Location: South Belfast
Hours: 37 hours
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm (3 days Working from Home, 2 days in Office)
Duration: 51 weeks with possible extension

The post holder will act as the first point of contact for customers of the Northern Ireland Consumer Helpline –Consumerline. They will be a member of a contact centre team, which is responsible for the provision of advice tothe public on consumer related matters. This post requires clear and articulate telephone skills.
