Your new company
You will be working for a leading food-based organisation in Liverpool on a nine-month maternity cover contract.
Your new role
Working on a hybrid basis, you will be part of a small dedicated Consumer Care team. This will involve dealing with a wide range of queries from consumers via phone, email and social media channels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent relevant customer service experience, the ability to handle queries in a professional and timely manner across multiple channels. You will need good IT skills, and previous exposure to Consumer Care via social media would be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
This role offers hybrid working (three days home and two days office after an initial training period) an annual salary level of £23.5 - £24.5k plus a range of benefits.
