Job Details
Role location: UK or Europe (Hybrid)
Europanel, a partnership between Kantar and CPS GfK, are seeking someone to lead the P&G Fabric and Home Care category servicing and support the wider team & Europe with strategic insight. This is a dynamic and globally matrixed environment, where you will collaborate with colleagues in many different countries on a high-profile account.
We are looking for someone who is experienced working with data/insights), pro-active and commercially driven, curious about insight and passionate about delivering insight with impact and helping the P&G Fabric and Home Care regional teams to achieve their goals. You will love being hands on with data, identifying trends, finding the story & big picture then presenting insight to the client with high impact and partner with other agencies in and outside the Europanel family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owns Commercial Success: Implement the client development plan over 2-3 years.
  • Leads with Impact: Lead our relationship with global and regional client insight teams; Lead weekly calls with the key contacts and community – deliver on their needs for a dynamic agency / client relationship.
  • Amplify Professional Expertise: Establish indispensable brand partner status with a number of key influencers and decision makers at the client.
  • Connects to Win: Connect to the rest of the Europanel network to ensure that we are driving collaborated account development and commercial plans. Find opportunities to better connect with key collaborators. Support high functioning relationships with country teams, fostering improved relationships through regular connections, and mutually beneficial projects.
  • Builds Great Teams: Working with collaborators internally and at the client, develop a plan to ensure that our best thought leadership content gets into all layers of the business. Contribute to team and company-wide workstreams taking on leadership roles where relevant. Support more junior members of the team, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning.
  • Drives Lasting Change: You make and commit fully to bold decisions for and across teams with conviction and follow through implementation across your teams. When we win studies, be a support to the people delivering the study (analytics team, analysts etc.) to ensure the brief is met, that the work is client and action-oriented and that our chances of winning repeat business are high.
Key Capabilities

The ideal candidate should have or quickly be able to acquire a breadth of experience including;
  • Proven experience in Consumer Insights or market research roles (either agency or client side).
  • An appetite for the client agenda.
  • Knowledge and experience of servicing leading FMCG accounts.
  • A detailed knowledge of consumer panel insights and methodology.
  • Experience of delivering service excellence to clients both personally & through others.
  • Willing to embrace, drive and suggest change.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision makers.
  • Comfortable working in virtual teams.
