Looking for a new opportunity to work within a growing industry?

Adecco are pleased to be working with our successful client based in Chelmsford. They are recruiting for a new member to join their team as a Contact Centre Advisor. The ideal candidate would have good communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. Experience would be ideal however is not essential. Good IT skills are essential.

  • Location - Chelmsford
  • Job Type - temp - perm
  • Hours - Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with the occasional Saturday (9am - 1pm) on a rota basis
  • Salary - £11 - £11.49ph

Your duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Ordering products
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Inputting data
  • Processing online bookings
  • Invoicing
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks

  • Can multitask and manage more then one task at a time

  • Computer literate
  • Good work ethic, willing to learn new skills
  • Patience
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Can pay close attention to detail
