Duties & Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Advisor:
- First point of contact for inbound customer calls, you will be directing customers to the relevant department or converting them into bookings and appointments.
- Maximising our service sales by upselling the work identified within service appointments.
- Accurately record vehicle information, refer to service histories and effectively follow-up and prospect customers to secure repeat business.
- Supporting the Sales teams, helping with customer enquiries and leads.
Your Background & Skill:
- Previous experience within a customer service position.
- A strong interest/passion in cars.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
