Contact Centre Advisor
Join our Customer Service Team at Wearside House, Durham!
- £11.04/hour initially, rising to £12.00/hour after 12 weeks.
- Full-time role (37 hours/week) with part-time options (27.5 hours/week) available.
- Office-based at Wearside House, Durham.
- Positive, flexible, and customer-focused individuals wanted as Customer Service Advisors.
- Responsibilities include resolving customer queries and collaborating with the team to meet service goals.
- Shift patterns cover 8am-8pm, Monday-Friday, and 8am-6pm, Saturday-Sunday. Weekend work required.
- Hybrid working opportunities may be available based on performance and availability.
