Responsible to the Contact Centre Team Leader and working as part of a friendly team, in this role your responsibilities shall include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all of our client's customers.
- Take inbound/make outbound Service & MOT appointment calls and book any work within workshop diaries.
- Undertake manufacturer campaign calls.
- Carry out follow up/diarised calls for future work identified.
- Contacting and administering online service appointment requests.
- Assist where possible with live chat enquiries.
- Assist with campaign calling.
- Collate all information and bookings accurately.
- Monitor customer feedback and report as required.
- Effectively deal with any complaints.
- Ensure Data Protection/GDPR and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
