Contact Centre Agents

Our prestigious and local client require Contact Centre Agents to join their team in their booking centre based in Bradley, HD2 or Leeds, LS6. The positions are to start as soon as possible.

As the role involves working in a business that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which will include Bank Holidays. All staff are expected to work on Bank Holidays should their shift fall on that day.

Shifts available:

Mondays                     06:00-10:00

Mondays                     17:00-22:00

Mondays                     24:00-06:00

Wednesdays                06:00-13:00

Wednesdays                18:00-23:00

Wednesdays                24:00-06:00

Thursdays                     07:00-13:00

Thursdays                     24:00-06:00

Saturdays                     06:00-10:00

Saturdays                     12:00-18:00

Sundays                       07:00-12:00

PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum requirement of 16 hours per week to apply for this position and you MUST NOT already be working in a full-time position.

The Dental Booking Agent role involves:

• Dealing with members of the public and patients, taking calls
• Booking dental appointments
• Working flexibly with the dental team to provide and maintain a high-quality service to patients
• Providing effective liaison with external bodies/individuals as required
