Contact Centre Team Leader
£28,000 + OTE £35,000
A leading tech company is looking to recruit an engaging, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Contact Centre Team Leader to join their operation in Newcastle.
We are looking for someone that can drive performance in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people development, process improvement and customer experience.
In addition to a basic salary of £28,000, you will benefit from OTE of £35,000, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, company events and lots more.
Great working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm!
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team to ensure they deliver world class customer experience in a ‘sales through service’ environment.
- Be responsible for all of your team’s customer interactions and performance.
- Working with senior leaders to deliver operational improvements
- Working closely with your team to ensure they meet all their targets and SLA’s.
- Daily management of your team and conducting team meetings
- Developing staff through monthly 121's and ongoing training and coaching
- Adherence to HR guidelines
About you:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role, ideally within a sales-based environment
- Experience in managing change in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Passionate about people development and customer experience
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
- Ability to manage and drive performance
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Good competence level in Microsoft Packages
