Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Team Leader on a permanent basis, for an organisation based in High Wycombe.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Contact Centre Team Leader:
- Monitor and manage KPI's
- Ensure all areas of work complies with policies, procedures and protocols
- Deal effectively and promptly with escalations from the team
- Work with the Contact Centre Manager to develop and deliver service improvement plans, including any processes and procedures
- Develop effective working relationships with other internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Support in delivering of the out of hours service
- Actively promote and work in accordance with all relevant policies and legislation
Essential Requirements of the Contact Centre Team Leader:
- IT literate
