Container Refrigeration Engineer Supervisor - On Site - Stanford Lee Hope - £50K

We are currently seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible supervising the team of reefer engineers, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in containers.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise team of Reefer engineers

- Repair, and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments

- Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration systems to identify and resolve issues

- Perform emergency repairs when necessary to prevent system downtime

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work carried out

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer in food transport or containers

- Relevant qualifications in Refrigeration Engineering or a related field

- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components

- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
