Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a skilled Content Creator to bolster our Little Kickers brand and enhance our marketing endeavors. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in captivating and crafting imagery, reels, and videos for both local and international audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Content Generation
• Capture photos, video, and audio content from Little Kicker's sessions in the UK and/or Canada (requires some travel)
• Ensure proper talent release forms are signed
• Keep, maintain, organize and back up files

• Content Production
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and engaging marketing assets
• Utilize visual and digital best practices
• Drive maximum consumer engagement through innovative marketing content

• Content Strategy
• Create storyboards and concept maps, and content schedules
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and address campaign objectives
• Monitor digital engagement metrics to optimize content performance
• Stay informed about trends, algorithms, and digital developments crucial to driving Little Kickers' digital success

We're seeking a talented individual with:

• 3+ years of experience in creating high-quality video/digital content
• Proficiency in social media and video production, encompassing both photography and videography
• Thorough understanding of digital best practices
• Ability to work autonomously with efficiency and effectiveness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities adeptly
• In-depth knowledge of Canva, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of impactful digital marketing tactics
