SalaryA client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Content Creator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying between 30,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working within a small team of 2, your key duties in this Content Creator role will include but are not limited to:
- Creates content to be presented on the website and via other channels such as social media and various marketing.
- Tracks web and social analytics to determine engagement levels and refine strategies to improve the quality.
- Implements new features and maintains current content and features on our HubSpot CMS-based platforms.
- Organise relevant parties to ensure projects are well run and planned to meet the deadlines.
- Familiarise yourself with each organisation's brand ideals and website to create content that supports their objectives and desired identity.
- Work to build a support network to help support the creation of content.
- Work with our videographers to create new and engaging video content that can be shared cross-platform.
- Help our customers engage through the creation and management of marketing systems and the implementation of sales tools to allow customers and team members to quote easier and faster.
- Help to build interest in our manufacturing and production areas to showcase our world-class facilities to promote our values of quality and engineering excellence.
- Work with product technical teams to prepare launch campaigns for new products and upgrades.
- Engage with customers during marketing events and exhibitions to understand the challenges facing them in markets where they are selling products to help build collateral that can support our distributors effectively.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- 4+ years' experience within content creation essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or similar desirable.
- Knowledge of HubSpot software or similar.
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in Marketing within the Manufacturing and Production industry desirable.
