About the Role

We are seeking a Content Designer for the UK's biggest housing and homelessness charity. Your role involves involves producing high-quality, accurate content related to online advice. You will work within the Communications and Engagement team’s digital function, collaborating with various stakeholders and team members to ensure a user-focused experience on the website. Responsibilities include researching user needs, designing and maintaining content, testing with users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital advice.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in communicating complex information to users and producing high-quality content, particularly in the realm of online advice. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential. While experience with content design is beneficial, a commitment to collaborative work and creating top-tier digital advice is paramount. Flexibility to attend meetings at Shelter Scotland offices if primarily working from home is also required.
