In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind captivating training materials that empower a Pan-European audience. Reporting directly to the Agency Director, you'll take ownership of the entire content creation process - from brainstorming original ideas to crafting engaging and informative materials.
The Role
Become an expert storyteller: You'll translate complex training concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with learners across Europe.
Embrace innovation: Think outside the box to develop creative and interactive training materials, utilising a variety of formats like eLearning modules, workshops, and informative guides.
Champion cross-cultural communication: Keeping in mind the diverse European audience, you'll ensure your content is culturally sensitive and easily understood by all.
Partner for success: You'll collaborate closely with the Agency Director and other stakeholders to ensure the training materials seamlessly integrate with the overall development, delivery, and rollout plan.
Transforming complex information into engaging learning experiences: In this role, you'll be a master information detective, delving into intricate training topics for leading automotive manufacturers. You'll then translate your findings into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences. This includes crafting effective and informative content for a diverse audience. Adept at absorbing feedback, you'll continuously refine your work, ensuring your training materials truly resonate and shine.
Unleash your inner creative powerhouse! This position puts you at the heart of the process, collaborating with our Creative Team and Agencies to transform a client's vision into a finished masterpiece. You'll contribute to a range of exciting deliverables, from crafting informative eGuides to designing engaging workshops and developing cutting-edge digital learning experiences - all for our Product and Experience programmes."
Deliver impactful presentations to key decision-makers: You'll confidently present complex training concepts to influential stakeholders, including leaders and subject matter experts. Tailoring your message to resonate with each audience, you'll effectively communicate the value of your training solutions.

Craft compelling copy that resonates with everyone: You'll be a master wordsmith with the ability to tailor your writing style to a diverse audience. Whether it's crafting clear and concise instructions for an eLearning module or writing persuasive training copy for an instructor led training, you'll understand the unique nuances of each format to create truly impactful content.
Be Tech-savvy with a growth mindset: You'll be a whiz with Microsoft Office 365, seamlessly navigating programmes like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create professional documents and presentations. But that's not all! We're looking for someone with a willingness to learn new skills, specifically eLearning authoring software. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to master these tools and become an expert in crafting engaging online learning experiences.
