Content Planning Manager
Location: This post can be based in either our London office in Battersea or our Leeds, head office. (BookTrust is a hybrid working organisation with two fixed office days: Tuesday and Wednesday)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: GBP45,000

This role is about managing content production planning so that we have the range of content outputs we need to tell our rich and varied stories of success helping millions of families. You will make sure that our content plans deliver against the organisation strategic priorities and you will oversee the smooth running of our creative studio. You will implement operational plans for content production across all digital channels.
We are looking for a confident, experienced manager with excellent communication skills and experience in managing relationships cross organisationally. A supportive team member, you will be a persuasive, determined, and exceedingly well organised individual, with first class attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple and competing priorities at any given time. Confident in leading projects and motivating team members, you will be an expert in film and photography production processes, with copywriting skills and adept at working with a small team to produce excellent results.
