  • Prioritization of the change queue and management of the backlog/roadmap for appropriate content tools is a key responsibility of this role, ensuring that the business stakeholders understand and accept where technical/strategic changes need to take priority over business change, including facilitating negotiation between divisional representatives or user groups who are asking for contemporary changes, and that there is a clear forward load/roadmap for each tool.
  • Continuous Improvement opportunities related to tools should be pursued where evident, to increase value to the business.
  • CS PM support of the business extends to ensuring there is adequate documentation and training on the tools and processes within the tools themselves, and tool support processes, including facilitation of key user groups and user-acceptance testing on any releases.
