Job Title:Content Specialist & Digital Content Assistant

Location: Warwick

Role Summary:

As a Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organisation, ensuring that our written materials effectively connect with our diverse audience and convey our commitment to safe, reliable, and efficient energy solutions through a successful rebranding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison with the brand team on ensuring brand alignment (tone of voice, look/feel) on our digital platforms
  • Provide leading direction for our Digital Content, ensuring all copy aligns with our brand messaging and tone
  • Have a keen eye for detail and lead on content proof reading prior to approval and development
  • Support in content population activities across multiple CMS platforms ahead of launch deadlines
  • Be comfortable and confident leading workshops and working closely with stakeholders whilst adhering to tight deadlines, and providing guidance on appropriate content for the platforms
  • Be a CMS whiz, confident navigating multiple CMS' seamlessly
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work to ensure we meet our delivery timelines

Skills & Experience:

  • CMS experience - Drupal / Unily / Umbraco preferred
  • Excellent writing skills, highly confident in reviewing and producing content in line with our tone of voice
  • Solid experience in content population
  • Strong communicator able to lead creative workshops and feedback sessions
  • Experience re-branding projects and tight deadlines
  • Experience of working on a change programme/big project preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Familiarity with utility or energy-related topics.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
