Contentious Probate Solicitor 5 Years Pqe

Our client is looking for an incredibly diligent Contentious Probate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a specialist Litigation Team. This role will ideally suit a lawyer, 5-7 years PQE, with a solid foundation in contentious trusts and probate disputes. The candidate should have the ability to handle a busy caseload the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience in Contentious Probate matters which might include the below.

Key Responsibilities

• Contesting the validity of Wills

• Inheritance disputes

• Trustee disputes

• Estate disputes

You will be required to have a strong understanding of the tax considerations related to the above would be advantageous. The candidate will be required to effectively manage cases through to successful resolution with minimum supervision. The candidate will work closely with our Private Client teams in building a caseload. The ability to develop existing and new client relationships is a must. The department is growing and is an integral part of the plans for the firm, as such enthusiasm for business development and marketing is a must, in line with the strategic business plans of the department and the wider firm.
