There is an incredible opportunity here for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a well-known national firm that is known for providing award winning legal assistance.
Applications are invited from solicitors at between 2 & 7 years PQE who have good academics and have trained or gained experience with a comparable city or large regional firm.
You will be a technically strong solicitor who could have a varied amount of exposure in the early stages of your career; however, you will be happy to specialise in the sphere of Contentious Probate.
You will be commercially aware and happy to join the wider Commercial Litigation team
The successful candidate will deal with a caseload of Contentious Probate work, including will challenges, Inheritance Act claims, and trust disputes. The role will involve having your own cases as well as assisting on more complex cases with senior fee earners

Protecting Charitable Legacies
Executor or Trustee Disputes
Attorney or Deputy Investigations
Contesting Validity of Wills
Inheritance Act Disputes (Left Out of a Will)
Will Rectification and Lost or Destroyed Wills
Promise Not Honoured in a Will
Claims on estates where there is no will
Applications from relocators will be considered; however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Manchester area.
