This leading Legal 100 law firm in the Southampton area is looking for a 5+ year PQE Contentious Trusts and Estates Solicitor to join a busy private client team that is expanding, in this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder, through training and development.
You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients to include private wealth disputes, will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.
The role will combine office working/remote working from home.
Your role as a Contentious Wills, Trusts and Estates Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:
