Your new company
Leading Investment Management organisation specialising in providing discretionary IM solutions to private clients, charities trustees and professional partners. They also offer banking, financial planning, tax and trust services. They are currently going through a large transformation and integration programme and are looking to bring in a Continuous Improvement Analyst to support the integration activities, primarily through the TOM and support model client-facing workstreams, but more widely as required.

Your new role

The Continuous Improvement analyst will focus on utilising the core principles of Lean Thinking and Continuous Improvement methodology to inform the wider business thinking and planning to optimise solutions. They will also be expected to support other departments requirements and of other programmes of change to offer guidance and direction to deliver business process reviews based on Lean principles with a view to maximise process efficiency and eliminating waste.

The role will also include the occasional production of documentation to progress system changes identified through the Lean reviews, which will be passed to the business change function to deliver and ideally requires a strong systems-based skill set - including Excel. The roleholder will act as SME on the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean thinking across the group. They will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to establish working practices and identify potential areas for improvement.

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will produce business process documentation, including Vision flowcharting and As-Is and To-be mapping, communicating effectively at all levels within the group to ensure co-ordinated approaches to projects/ events/ workflow. The roleholder will also be expected to provide mentoring, guidance and set an example of delivery to other members of staff.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will have a good background gained in Process improvement, specifically having worked with Lean methodologies and have strong systems-based skillset including knowledge of Excel and Visio. You will ideally have experience of working in the Investment management industry and have a good knowledge of specific processes and procedures in the industry. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are a must, specifically with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple business areas. Very good organisational knowledge including legal structure and committee structure also required.
