Client:

Our client is a forward-thinking multi-sited manufacturing business committed to innovation and operational excellence. As a leader in their industry, they recognise the importance of Continuous Improvement to stay ahead. They re seeking a talented Continuous Improvement coordinator to join the team and play a pivotal role in elevating their operational efficiency to new heights.

Your role as a Continuous Improvement coordinator:

You will be the driving force behind their journey towards excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices. Your role will be critical in fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities of a Continuous Improvement coordinator:

• Collaborate with department heads to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement workshops and training sessions.
• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, empowering team members at all levels.

The ideal candidate for this of Continuous Improvement coordinator:

• A background within manufacturing
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement role within operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus but not essential
