Continuous Improvement Manager

Your new company
You will be joining one of the country's top engineering firms within their sector. They produce a product which is market leading within the UK and Ireland and are keen to increase their Continuous Improvement initiative by bringing in a Continuous Improvement Manager.
Your new role
You will be joining the company as a Continuous Improvement Manager within the engineering department. You will be tasked with pushing a Continuous Improvement message across the production floor, with an additional slant towards the Quality side of things also. You will be given creative control and be able to implement your own ideas and messages to the teams to improve the overall productivity of the product line.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong previous experience working within a Continuous Improvement environment, or within a quality role. Experience managing people and teams is required, with strong communication skills being a key skill required. Lean six sigma will be a huge benefit for any candidate or experience with other Lean methodologies.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a very strong salary between £50,000 and £60,000. You will also be offered an early Friday finish, alongside having private medical insurance, with the ability to lead and guide your own team and really put your own stamp on the role.
