£45k - £60k DOE + bonus + fantastic benefits

Role Overview:

While managing a small team you will drive the continual improvement of processes and procedures across the Global Commercial Teams.

What you'll do:

  • Leading the delivery of operational improvement projects
  • Effectively manage and prioritise pipelines and reporting benefits to senior management
  • Ensure improvements are implemented effectively and embedded into the regional commercial teams
  • Be responsible for setting out and evolving the Continuous Improvement strategy and priorities
  • Actively drive automation and improvements to liberate resources to improve efficiency and enable reinvestment in further capability
  • Ensure the allocated activity is appropriately governed and resourced and supported and delivered on time
  • Monitor operational KPIs and develop solutions to improve business standards
  • Establish, build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma at a minimum Green Belt level - demonstrating change management skills, Project Management skills, leadership qualities, ability to communicate and negotiate with the senior leaders
  • Experience of managing competing priorities
  • Track record of transforming business processes to improve customer outcomes, risk, control and regulatory compliance
  • Experience of working successfully in a large complex, matrix organisation. The role holder will operate across a wide organisation and across multiple functions
  • Demonstration of the highest level of integrity and the ability to deliver good customer and regulatory outcomes
  • Able to manage complex and high level of data and information and deliver operationally
  • Facilitation skills - ability to run workshops, develop bought into solutions with cross functional teams
