DK Recruitment on behalf of their client are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Contract Administrator. As a Contract Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and management of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather contract-related information and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain and update contract databases and documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of information.
- Assist in the preparation of contract documents, amendments, and proposals.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreements.
- Address any contractual issues, discrepancies, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team in coordinating meetings, schedules, and other administrative tasks related to contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and contract management software (desired).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
