I currently have an exciting opportunity as a Contract Administrator, to join a well established organisation located in Finniestion, Glasgow.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary is ranging from 23,000 - 25,000 depending on experience. This role will be office based, however after 12 weeks of training you will have the flexibility to work hybrid. This contract is set to last between 3-6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate client contracts by managing the end to end process
- Raise purchase and hire orders
- Investigate invoice queries when required for flagged by clients
- Manage engineers diaries and manage jobs booked out
- Chasing and order parts for jobs where required
- Processing high volumes of invoices
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high level of competency in using MS applications, specifically excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Exeperience in customer care
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
