We have a great opportunity for you to begin your Story journey supporting the Plant Division as part of our Service Delivery Hub. We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who is proactive, hardworking, and grounded.
You will need to be organised, a natural multitasker and have a proven track record in delivering against deadlines. A key part of the role will be providing administration support to the Plant division in the form of invoice management, document filing and responding to client requirements.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Communicate effectively and build meaningful relationships
- Prioritise workloads and work on your own initiative with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Have strong IT skills in Microsoft packages and Plant software
- Have previous experience of administration in a multi-client business
