Being a part of the illustrious Sureserve Group. Sureserve Fire and Electrical are a specialist in the supply, installation and maintenance of fire safety and security systems. Delivering fire compliance services, which cover all the physical infrastructure and fire safety materials required for a building to respond to the outbreak of fire. We are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be based at our office in Horsham. Overview: The Customer Service Administrator / Client Relationship Associate role covers a range of administration duties, provide excellent day to day customer service to our clients and support engineers in the field. Key Responsibilities: Log all callouts and repairs for your client into Impact. Add any variations to open jobs. Make sure all open jobs are practically completed Carry out QA checks to all job data prior to completing open jobs Carry out checks that all SOR codes and parts used are detailed on jobs. Carry out QA check on engineer's certificates. Liaise with Estimator when quotes required following engineers visits. Creating PO's for sub-contractors and suppliers. Take calls for rescheduling jobs and booked appointments. Resolve sub-contractor invoice queries. Input and maintain data on the management system To represent the business core values at all timesKey Responsibilities: Receive and respond to telephone and/or email queries from clients, residents and other colleagues in a timely manner Monitor and update resident satisfaction, complaint, and defect KPI spreadsheets as required Measuring compliance of the work Provide telephone and email support to engineers for non-technical enquiries Have a sound understanding and appreciation of the works being carried out and able to translate this simply and effectively whilst talking to both internal and external customers Prepare and raise material orders/requisitions as required to meet the programme Ensure all relevant files/documents/correspondences are filed correctly within specific contract/project directories Documentation control and update Input and maintain data on the management system Attend meetings when required, e.g. programming meetings and team meetings Provide feedback/comments on failure(s) or requirementSkills/Qualifications: Previous office administration experience gained within a fast paced environment Understanding of basic principles of Office Practice Provide excellent customer service and the ability to build relationships with clients Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint We are committed to developing talent at all levels, ensuring equality, diversity, and inclusion in the way we work and in the communities in which we work, and making sure that every one of our people, clients and customers has the opportunity and support to fulfill their professional and personal potential.
