Fixed term contract – 12 months
Full time: 40 hours per week : Monday – Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Salary: £24,500 - £27,000 per year
Serco’s Environmental Services provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Wandsworth. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Street Cleansing staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
You will complete the day-to-day administration for the Contract and liaise with the Client.
Your main responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries and complaints Print out Special Collections on a daily basis Support with payroll and timesheets on WFM Responsible for the control and checking of agency staff timesheets Book in all crews on completion using the debrief online form Minute taking at important meetings, such as disciplinary hearings Provide data on poor performance e.g. missed collections Supporting senior managers with tasks when required General administration
What you’ll need
Excellent customer service skills to both internal and external customers Ability to work autonomously, using own initiative, managing oneself and workload Accurate record keeping Proficient in MS Office, with good literacy and numeracy skills Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task Being a team player Ability to remain calm and resolve problems
Skills Required
Previous experience in operations environment
Ability to interact with others
Knowledge of local authority working
Ability to touch type
Attention to detail
Able to work with minimum supervision
