**Join Our Clients Team as Contracts and Partnership Manager**

Are you ready to work within a dynamic world? We are seeking a passionate and proactive Contracts and Partnership Manager to drive excellence and profitability across established contracts and emerging customer channels.

Office Angels have a great opportunity for a Contracts and Partnership Manager to join our Clients team in their busy East Edinburgh Office - our client will offer a hybrid working environment once necessary training is complete! The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm and the salary is £30-£40k D.O.E

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all aspects of account administration, order processing, stock liaison and general admin
  • Responsibility for management Contract and all other accounts with UK wide and dealing with day to day enquiries for new and existing partners
  • Develop relationships & partnerships and work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders
  • Collate and report consistent and accurate data and statistics working with the Sales team
  • Stock allocation liaison with Operations Team
  • Attend and coordinate trade shows and single company presentations when required

General responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with other team members and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Treat all colleagues, customers and suppliers with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain records as appropriate and ensure all related documents are filed in an orderly manner.
  • Maintain and update records relating to working practices and procedures for use by other team members.
  • Travel to industry events or business events where applicable.
  • Pursue continuing professional development in relation to the role and its duties and responsibilities as agreed through appraisals or at other times.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments from time to time and other duties as requested by management.
  • Understand and ensure the full observation of your contract of employment, the companies operating procedures and policies and its health and safety obligations.
  • Have a good understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility and propose ways in which you and your team can make a positive impact.
  • Ensure ethical and sustainable values are maintained at all times.

Experience Required:

  • Customer focused & can-do attitude, continually striving to deliver excellent customer service
  • Must be data driven & numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a strong team-worker but also able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible collaborative approach and supportive to external and internal stakeholders
  • Must be highly organised, self-motivated
  • Resilience to work in an agile trading environment.
  • High levels of presentation, written and verbal communications skills
