R13 Recruitment are working alongside an award-winning company who are looking for a Contract Checks Administrator to join their growing team. You will be part of a wider team, providing support to ensure the highest standards of client delivery achieved, alongside internal/external SLAs. This is a full time, permanent position offering £23,400 pa, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The day to day
- Taking ownership of complex and challenging client based queries.
- Liaising with third party suppliers on behalf of clients.
- Collating data via telephone calls, email and online information.
- Ability to analyse high volumes of data, including invoices and spreadsheets.
- Updating internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
You will have/be
- Strong ability within MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Need to possess a proactive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Passionate about proving outstanding service.
