I am currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a focus on HR Transformation to join my client and their dynamic team of data experts. This is a contract role with the initial contract lasting a minimum of 6 months. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and analysing HR data, particularly in the context of HR transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Data Analysis within HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in utilizing data to drive HR transformation efforts.
Duties:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct thorough analysis of HR data to derive actionable insights for HR transformation initiatives.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the HR transformation context.
HR Transformation Support:
Collaborate with HR teams to understand transformation objectives and provide analytical support.
Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for successful HR transformations.
Data Proficiency:
Utilize strong data analysis skills to interpret complex HR datasets and implement data quality checks and ensure accuracy in support of HR transformation goals.
SQL Expertise: Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyse HR data. Write complex queries to retrieve, update, and manipulate data for reporting and migration purposes
Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration projects, ensuring the integrity and security of HR data throughout the process. Collaborate with IT teams to implement efficient and effective data migration strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in HR transformation projects.
Communicate data progress updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HR transformation framework.
Recommend data-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.

Who:
This hybrid role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and previous experience within a similar role. You will have the flexibility to work remotely but you will need to be available to travel to the client site in London.
