Contract Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £58,000
Location: London (flexible hybrid model)

I'm currently working with a large, innovative & inclusive local authority based in who are looking to expand their contracts/purchasing division and take welcome an experienced Contract Manager with end-to-end procurement life-cycle knowledge to focus on the IT contracts across the council. This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who knows the procurement & contracts life-cycle inside and out, is a great negotiator and is confident providing business cases and mentoring others.
As the Contract Manager role you will join a flourishing, established team to take ownership of their IT contracts procurement life-cycle, focusing on relationship building, negotiation & taking a proactive approach to cost savings and performance.

Skills required for the Contract Manager are:
- Knowledge & Understanding of the Contract procurement life-cycle, not restricted to just ICT
- Confident in mentoring more junior members of the team
- Experience with different routes to purchasing
- Knowledge of the Public Sector would be a bonus
- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders
