**New Opportunity –Contracts Manager (Insurance)**

Venn Group are working with one of the South East’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit an Contracts Manager (Insurance) to start as soon as possible.

The successful Contracts Manager (Insurance) will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute contracts management for the insurance of freehold and leasehold properties to a high standard.

Title: Contracts Manager (Insurance)
Location: Kent

Hourly: £27-30 hourly rate
Hours: Full time

Contract : 3 month contract with a permanent opportunity at the end
Duties:

• Have oversight over all aspects of insurance contract negotiations, obligations, and implementation, ensuring all contracts meet legal requirements
• Lead on evidence preparation for annual insurance renewal 
• Liaise with key stakeholders regarding contract updates and enactment of these as well as necessary risk assessments
• Create and oversee processes to enable self-service insurance claims management across the company
• Review procurement of legal services, and execute improvements to make sure that legal help is appointed properly
• Map and critically evaluate current processes for leasehold and managing agents
• Monitor and report on operational risk across the business
• Offer support to wider team where needed  

Essential Skills:

• Must have knowledge of business insurance policies
• Must have risk management experience
• Must have project management skills
• Must have 5 years’ experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders   
• Property/ Real Estate/ Housing experience
