Contract Negotiator

We are looking for a Contract Negotiator for a temporary role in the legal department of our life science company, based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling contract negotiations and related legal matters.

Description

The Contract Negotiator position will hold the following responsibilities:

• Handle contract negotiations and legal matters promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with the legal team to draft and review contracts
• Manage contract negotiations within the UK and Ireland
• Handle all sales contracts and service maintenance agreements
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and address potential legal risks

Profile

The successful candidate for the Contract Negotiator should have:

• A relevant law degree
• Be a qualified solicitor
• Solid knowledge of contract law and negotiations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
