Contract & Performance Officer (Response Maintenance) (Ref2024-20)

Location: Housing Centre, Belfast

To be part of a team delivering best ‘in class’ service forour customers, to support the management and co-ordination of the contractmonitoring, central contract advice and performance reporting team, under theContract & Performance Manager (Response), and assist in the developmentand implementation of a comprehensive approach to monitoring and supporting thedelivery of Responsive maintenance contracts. To provide assurance thatResponsive maintenance is delivered in accordance with the NIHE’s policies andprocedures and in accordance with the relevant contracts. To work with the teamto develop these themes, incorporating lessons learned, to ensure thatlegislation, policy and good practice are continuously integrated into practicethrough training and advice. To contribute to the delivery, by the NIHE, of afirst class responsive repairs service for its Customers, protecting andenhancing the condition of its assets, taking into account value for money.

The current salary for this post is £32,076 - £40,221 perannum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contributionof 19%.
