The role

We are currently looking for a Contract Pricing Co-Ordinator to join our team at Doncaster. Working closely with the national sales team, external customers and customer service leaders, the Contract Pricing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all site orders are effectively price matched in line with sensitive commercial agreements. This role is the knowledge base for the effective alignment and operation of end user pricing, starting within CRM and into SAP.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure all site orders are effectively price matched in line with sensitive commercial agreements. Interpret the business partner relationship and configure SAP, within strict governance protocols, to ensure orders are matched.
  • To provide administration support for Ex-Yard and Direct end-user pricing, to input agreed end-user/installer agreements as requested by our external teams within defined parameters (authorisation).
  • To understand and adhere to WUK stocking policies and ensure partner agreements are aligned. Manage exceptions with external management teams and customers
  • To identify point of involvement for Sales Manager, i.e. above authorisation or volume threshold
  • To be flexible and amenable when working on projects.
  • To develop and maintain a general knowledge of stockists of various Wavin products.
  • To accurately record and manage customer records within SAP, MDG and CRM, always maintaining Master Data and GDPR compliance.
  • To provide support to the external Sales Teams as and when required in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To develop and maintain an accurate understanding of the various contributions and pricing structures across all Merchant hierarchies.
  • To develop and maintain a general knowledge of the customer base and marketplace.
  • To input agreed end-user/installer agreements within defined parameters (authorisation).

Profile

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Intermediate level in IT skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Intimate knowledge of WUK pricing procedures and governance protocols
  • Working within a business that transacts with multi-dimensional partners i.e. Merchants/Installers/Suppliers
  • Working on a mainframe type system, preferably SAP
  • Working as part of a larger team
  • Experience of operating a CRM system
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Working in an office type environment, preferably within a Commercial function
