The role – Contract Project Administrator
You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for supporting the Head of Projects in relation to all project activities
A highly experienced Project Administrator, you will have a varied role and responsibilities including;
- Supporting the Head of Projects, Project Managers and teams to ensure that all administrative functions are carried out accurately and timeously to meet project timescales
- Running and managing SAP system to produce, manage and update all project reports and documentation etc
- Ensuring all administrative duties meet company and project guidelines and timescales in relation to quality, delivery and timescales
- Processing , management and control of all documents, meeting minutes, reports, invoices etc in a timeous and accurate manner
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience as a Project Administrator, ideally within a manufacturing environment, managing project admin for construction and engineering works. You will be very detail conscious, have a genuine ability to effectively manage a varied workload and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
The role is a contract opportunity and offered on an initial year contract basis.
